14 DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When buying online and at Thecardcollective.com you normally have 14 days right of withdrawal, where you can regret you purchase and return the bought items to us.
Some items are not covered by the right of withdrawal. This will visible while making the purchase.
The right of withdrawal begins from the day you receive the item. If the deadline would fall on a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas day, or New Year’s Eve the deadline will move to the next work day (this also applies to pre-orders). In case of several different items, purchased in the same transaction, but delivered separately or if one item is delivered in several packages, the right of withdrawal begins from the day the last item or package arrives.
After receiving the items, you are only allowed to handle the items in such a way that you can determine the items properties and how the item works. If do not agree with the condition of a card you have 14 days to make a claim.
In the case of some items, there is no right of withdrawal or you can lose the right of withdrawal. In these cases, you will be notified in the order confirmation fx. Due to the nature of the item or if you lose the right of withdrawal when breaking the sealing on the item.
NOTICE! There is no right of withdrawal on items and services, if their price depends on changes on the market which Thecardcollective.com have no control over. Amongst other things this is the case for single cards and graded cards. However we are always willing to try and find a solution if you are unsatisfied with a purchase.

When returning items, take care to wrap and secure them properly. You are responsible for the item/package until we receive them. Remember to save your mail receipt as well as your track and trace number.
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping expenses when returning an item, regretting a purchase, or when trading an item for another.
You are expected to return any items as quickly as possible, when you have notified us of your intent on returning them and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Furthermore the item must be in its original sealing and be in the same condition as when you received it. In accordance with the law on online shopping, the Card Collective can refuse to refund an item that is no longer in the same condition. However we prefer to find a suitable solution with the customer. This only applies when an item is not in the same condition, as when received and if Thecardcollective.com can no longer sell the item as an unused item.
The refunded amount will always be transferred to the same pethood of payment used to place the order. If you have made your payment with a debit card, the refund will be transferred to that same card.
You can lose completely or partially lose your right to a refund. This can happen when the value of an item or items has been lessened because:
- The item has been used
- The item has been damaged while in your possession, or while in transit back to us
- You have handled the item in a way other than to establish the nature of the item, its properties and its functionality.
- You have not followed the limitations of the right of withdrawal
